Our stay was fantastic! With three dogs, we loved the pet-friendly atmosphere, spacious rooms, and the convenience of being able to open the windows to enjoy fresh air. The comfortable beds made for restful nights after exploring Manhattan.

My room was spacious with a stunning view and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The Mercer Kitchen served up some amazing homemade pastries that were the stuff of dreams! Plus, the mini-bar had incredible snacks that really hit the spot. Add in the beautiful historic building vibe, and it's pure magic.

Even though the staff were super nice, waiting over 45 minutes for my car was a bit of a drag. Plus, finding my checked bags took forever. A smoother valet and luggage system would totally up the experience.
